The Trifari Jewelry Collection
Mr. Irving Wolf served as the CEO of the Trifari Company from the early 1970's until his retirement in 1981. His wife, Ruth, has decided to sell part of her collection of Trifari jewelry including pieces designed by Alfred Philippe in the early days, and by Diane Love in the 1970's. Trifari Jeweled Goldtone Snake Belt
Amazing goldtone "gaspipe" style narrow belt with jeweled snake's head and tail. It's slinky like a snake! There are 2 loops on the belt so you can wear it with the head on top or the tail on top. Marked: "TRIFARI ©" with a crown. The belt measures 7/16 inch wide. The snake's head measures 1 1/2 inches by 11/16 inch. The belt is slightly stretchy and will fit a 28 to 30 inch waist. Very interesting creation from Trifari. Nenette & Rintintin Vermeil Sterling Pin Set
Fun figural set depicting dolls named Nenette & Rintintin. According to information online, these home made dolls were adopted as good luck mascots by the people of France during the First World War. This set is pictured on page 120 in the book American Costume Jewelry by the Brunialtis. According to the information on page 119, the design was patented in 1943.
