The Trifari Jewelry Collection
Mr. Irving Wolf served as the CEO of the Trifari Company from the early 1970's until his retirement in 1981. His wife, Ruth, decided to sell part of her collection of Trifari jewelry including pieces designed by Alfred Philippe in the early days, and by Diane Love in the 1970's. Elegant, 3 strand, faux pearl choker with asymmetrical rhinestone focal point. This design was patented for Trifari by Alfred Philippe on February 15, 1949. Marked: "Trifari" with a crown on the clasp. The necklace measures 13 1/4 inches long at the neckline. The rhinestone enhancement measures 1 3/16 inches by 1 3/4 inches. A few of the tiniest rhinestones show discoloration, but overall the necklace is in very good, original condition. $195
